Discovery of fishing and prohibition

You will leave Fortune at 9:00 am. Head for Saint-Pierre for an unforgettable cultural day! As you leave the ferry terminal, a historical bus tour will take you through two eras that marked Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon: the history of the local fishery and Prohibition.

Meet at the Heritage Museum

Once you’ve completed your cultural walk, why not treat yourself to a French-style meal in one of our cosy restaurants?

Then continue your adventure with a visit to an iconic building in the archipelago: the Heritage Museum. This building displays objects that bear witness to the social, economic and religious evolution of the last two centuries. A room is also dedicated to Prohibition.
